After playing YIIK initially at the beginning of this year, I.V was one of my most anticipated releases of 2024, and it was well worth the wait. The game's existing strengths are multiplied, and there's HOURS of new content. The new music tracks and cutscenes greatly expand upon the game's story and add to its existing charm. I've especially been having a lot of fun with the new combat system - there's plenty of Karta combinations to try out, keeping the combat unique while still being really fun.
YIIK I.V has quickly become one of my favorite games of all time. Check it out, form your own opinion on it. It's a really important game, unapologetically full of soul, and I couldn't recommend it more.
