I'm sorry, I can't answer what the offline time for Lemnis is since I did it online before XP grind. I see that you haven't started, and there is no legitimate way to get 100% anymore.

Lemnis is still playable locally, and completing the match should net XP. Hopefully you did most of this before the servers were pulled, otherwise, it will take a very, very long time.

You cannot get "play online matches" credit after shutdown.
