New update killed rust lmfao. New recoil made every fight a coinflip due to all the aimcone and randomness. Guns take 0 skill now allowing a 12 hour player to kill a 12k hour player no matter the case. Also started to add pay to win skins, like why? Every update reduces the fps by at least 5, more useless additions, more negative changes to things people like, and cater towards zergs. Facepunch is the new Fortnite/H1Z1 catering to casuals which killed their games. I guess they love money more than their players now.

Edit: this game has lowkey redeemed itself. Yes there is even more p2w stuff but the content updates are actually meaningful and the gunplay grew on me..
