The game takes significantly longer to boot now more than ever. There is a chance any of my friends may crash when they open the map during a banish. The amount of times I’ve come across hunters with broken spines because they disconnected mid combat is incredible. Not to mention that it’s a whole minigame to simply set up a loadout that isn’t a premade. The best part is, the filters not only reset every time you boot the game, but rather have a chance to reset after a whole match. It is pretty funny how there isn’t a legendary hunters slot either. You have literal white shirts next to rare twitch drop only skins. The hotkeys that are meant to be for the controller don’t even work half the time… and that’s when using the controller, not to even mention m&k. When using m&k, there are hotkeys with multiple actions… such as selling and using the search button. So all the things that they did add AND work by far don’t outweigh the negatives. Sure the graphics are pretty to look at and the bullet drop is an interesting feature to have, but that’s the only argument people have... Crytek has been solving issues that we never saw as an issue. There are so many things that they could do in order to actually make the game more enjoyable, but adding stuff that we never asked for ruins the experience.
