TL;DR: If you played FC3 &FC4 (or any other GREAT story games), skip this, watch the story on youtube. Dont waste your time on sloppy storydesign and storylining.

To be honest. All the respect to designers and developers behind this game. But come on! The lack of flow in the story line is heartbreaking. Coming from FC3 and FC4 this edition was absolute trash in comparison. Your character has an extreme amount of plot armor it becomes annoying and stupid to play through.

One big turn off and absolute nono to create a great story: You're given 3 zones with bosses each and given a progress bar(!). You do the usual, take bases, enjoy storyline progression, new friends and enemies and this bar increases. Regardless of where you are, what you do you suddenly fadetoblack get kidnapped, drugged, transport into cutscenes of being already taken. I've been fishing *screen blurs* and i am a captive.. I'm riding helicopter *screen blurs* and i'm taken again. This just reeks sloppy storydesign, which made me sad, sad from the first hours taking down the boss realizing i had a good amount of hours left to waste on this cut'n'paste of a game.

Now off to FC6.. I really hope i am not as disappointed.

Cute, casual and great to throw in when friends are visiting. up to 8 players!! :D

Hours upon hours i've picked this game up again when friends come over!

Im so lost in this game it's scary. Barely explored the realm, yet already spent 21hrs on it!

If you played FC3 and liked the psychological mind♥♥♥♥(see my fc3 review) you just endured. Then FC4 is a great adition.

FarCry4 may seem abit tedious, with repeating quests,similarity to FC3,psychedelic escapades and so on.
But if you manage to take this game to it's end you'll face a great problematic wonders that resembles your real life or our international politics.

Enjoy the ride and give atleast 10 min later thinking about wtf you just did, what for, why.

A great MPlayer game with lots of fun!

Take a dip to the insanity. A game about manipulation and satire.
Get ready to have your mind rekt like a little goldfish in his bottle. And try find Vaas' body. If you find it, give me a call. Otherwise he still alive and you'll be as me, 20hrs gameplay and you were completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over.

You'll understand soon enough. Just get this game please!

What a game, I came from Shadows of Mordor to this.
And SoM felt really repetitive in comparison(sidequest-wise).

They should have alternate endings or something, i get it - It's Mad Max. But that doesnt mean it should resemble ♥♥♥♥♥♥ MAX.

That being said. I dont understand why you dont own this game already.
