Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. Sometimes Rapidu needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. When ideas are challenged by others, Rapidu listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well.
