Been playing this game since the early access/alpha what have you and I gotta say this game is amazing! So much content, fun game play, unlocks, game modes, its got it all. Each class can change the style of the game so much and as others have said the developer really cares and releases so many updates with fixes and more content. Very much worth the price!

I will say the visuals can be a bit hard to parse but the settings do let you fix that and make it loads easier.

Lighthearted and fun this game is easily one of my favorite battle royals. Colorful and quirky it offers a nice way to blow off steam and provide a lot of fun while still managing to create that heart pumping rush of adrenaline that the final moments of battle royals and obstacle courses (from which it draws inspiration) provide to a T. Plus the pure feeling of euphoria of gaining a crown from winning the whole shebang is unrivaled and honestly must be how it feels to drink the nectar of the gods. The game gets even better when playing with a group because if you do get knocked out or finish early you can spectate your friends and cheer them on while playing the all too important position of armchair coach, and if you all manage to qualify you can gripe and complain about the all too many people who grab and push and generally get in the way (Looking at you people who stand by the finish of Slime Climb).

Sure the game is a bit buggy at times, and if played for longer stints it can grow incredibly repetitive, and fall ball is terrible and needs burned to the ground, the court then having its earth salted so nothing can or will grow back, but the devs behind this game are working on ironing that out and with the promise of new games to come I truly believe this game has incredible potential and is definitely worth checking out.

Refusing to stop, the Elder Scrolls franchise's newest entry, Skyrim, goes down kicking till the very end. Admist civil war, the eater of worlds, or 'a bad-ass dragon' decides to come back to add to the turmoil, and why not? It would seem that the time is ripe for dragons to come and gourge on the souls of our world. However, as luck would have it, there is (as in all fantasies) one person who can stand in the dragons' way.

Watch out Keanu Reeves because a new chosen one is in town, get ready to hack, slash, burn, freeze, stun, scare, eat, stab, punch, shoot, throw, shout, claw, jump, and fling your way to victory past racist guards, foolish bards, crappy elves, drunken nords, or legendary monsters of epic proportions. Hoprfully you do not have a girlfriend or 8-5 job, because if you do, you will not have the time to "one-hundred percent" this game. I mean, have you seen the hit short film "Dragonbored"?

Some amount of stars that amounts to 5.

The plot made no sense, the characters were unlikable, and the zombies were as annoying as all get up. I found myself playing the first mission and, upon completion, was transported to the last quest. I still do not fully comprehend the full reasoning behind this zombie outbreak, but I am pretty sure it has to do with some bad sunscreen or something. Anyways, apart from the god awful gameplay and even worse story, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5, for effort and, as I have come to expect out of every franchise......zombies.

Garry's Mod, I wish I could say you were the love of my life but alas; you are not. However, like the rest of the remaining shell of my crumbling life, I have come to expect the worse, so here's to a game that brought me some amount of joy in the encroaching darkness.

Perhaps it's a metaphor.

4/5
