Delisting this game just to re-release it with rollback is very condescending towards the players. Glad they pulled this move before I spent money on Garou 2.

Glad I bought it. This game really is a gem.

Unfortunately, I don't enjoy it as much as the majority of players.
There isn't any meta-progression except the unlocked items. But those items aren't really exciting and usually just different combinations of stat increases and decreases.

I played this DLC for ~9h and thought I was close to the end.
But after I beat a special boss with a specific character, it became clear I didn't even see half of the content.
4$ is a steal.

Edit: Okay it took me 27h to 100% the DLC. Cant wait to try out the new stuff with old characters.

A lot of fun, though RNG is a huge factor to get a run going at higher stakes.
I recommend it if you are searching for 20-30 hours of playtime.

Growing up with a lot of different beat-'em-ups on the SNES, I didn't play them for over 20 years.
But since I don't have enough time to play fighting games regularly and I still had fond memories of Turtles in Time or The Ninja Warriors (which got a remaster in '19 I still gotta try out), I gave the critically acclaimed Streets of Rage 4 a try.

I'm having a lot of fun. Coming back from fighting games to a beat-'em-up makes me appreciate all the intricacies of the different characters or even clones.

The devs are doing a really good job working on the game. I didn't play a lot since they nerfed XP-gain, but I'm positive the final release will be an outstanding title inside this genre.
The art style really is timeless.

Huge improvement over the original, even though Risk of Rain (2013) is already brilliant.
For 15 bucks it's a steal. More so if they really add in mod-support via Steam Workshop.

I like to play fighting games stoned and this game doesn't do it for me.
