I've been having a blast playing the Conflict Scenario. The radio system is a great improvement for communicating the next objectives with your platoon, forming various groups and setting up ambushes. The graphics is great and the game feels much more fluid compared to Arma 3.

The only frustrating thing is the frequent servers crashes and player disconnections, but this will be fixed soon. The game is still at the first Alpha version so a few bugs and server issues are to be expected.

Other than that, this is a great base for the next Arma 4 title. There are tons of options for modding and I can't wait for the future updates.

I have few hours in this game and already had a blast. It feels like if DayZ and EFT had a child. :)

It's still in early access so it could use more content. I'm excited about the future.

Best fun for the 15 euros I have ever spent. I have this game since its release and never stopped playing it. Playing with a squad makes it much more fun and enjoyable.

If you're looking to immerse yourself and experience modern combat, then Squad is the perfect choice for you.

It has one of the most pro-active and helpful communities out there and it's truly enjoyable playing in a team with precisely assigned roles on the battlefield. There is variety of fun missions and scenarios that provide realistic immersion.

If you consider yourself a lonewolf when it comes to online games, then I wouldn't recommend buying it. The primary goal of the game is effective communication between the squads and teammates on the battlefield.

For an early alpha, the game is well optimized and runs smoothly. I encountered almost no bugs and the ones that were existing were quickly fixed by the devs so that's promising.

The devs already started adding new features and they're listening to players' feedback which is very important.

The game is realistic and immersive with lovely graphic. If you like building stuff, farming resources, managing people, organizing inventory, hunting, trading, etc, you'll love this game because it has tons of potential and new things to be added.

I don't write reviews for every game but only for the ones I enjoy or think they have lots of potential.

I've played Insurgency Sandstorm 4 hours straight and it's tons of fun. Here's my review:

Pros:
- The animations are top notch. The recoil, reloading, side peaking, etc are excellent.
- All the weapons can be modified with tons of attachments.
- You can also modify your outfit but you need to earn exp points to unlock them. Don't worry, it's not pay to win.
- Graphics are better than Squad and Arma 3 cause they invested a lot in the details in the maps.
- Co-op is insase and it's almost impossible to win missions cause the AI are realistically strong.
- It's great if you want 20 - 40 mins quick fun. Some missions even last less if your team is bunch of idiots.
- The game has great potential for modding or adding new guns, vehicles, objects, roles, etc.

♥♥♥♥:
- Lacks a bit more variety in the missions but I guess it's coming cause they only released it in December and have a small team.
- Needs a bit more polishing in terms of stutters sometimes.
- I think it needs an in-depth stamina system depending on the gear you carry.
- They need to focus on the importance of the roles, cause there are lots of players who just roam solo not caring about the objectives.
- Lack of communication.

Conclusion:

Insurgency is so much fun if you wanna relax and shoot around. The game is really immersive because the map details and weapons is insane. I believe the devs are heading in the right direction with the development.

If I were a dev, I would focus more on defining roles in order to motivate the players to cooperate more and play it tactically.

Best game I have ever played. Wonderful story, so many side quests, it just keeps you constantly engaged.

Do not hesitate, just go there and buy it.
