Do you hate at failing to do anything in your life?

Do not worry!
If you play Kerbal Space Program, you'll also failing at everything you do!
BUT, this time, you fail in SPAAAAAAACEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Play Kerbal Space Program: "Because failing in space is better than failing in life."

NOTE: Because of my horrible internet back in the day, I played it mostly in offline mode. I play this way more than just 9 hours shown in my playtime stats

I bought this by impulse when I saw the price is around 20 cents. Decided to try it a bit and I instantly fell in love to the art style and music; it felt so nostalgic, like something from the NES era.

Out There Somewhere is a puzzle platformer game. The puzzle is on how you get to that side of the screen. To do it, you'll need to think, plan, and execute it with perfect timing which most of the time will require several tries to get it right. There are diverse mechanics in the game and it is combined in later areas to make challenging puzzles. What I really like is how the game made you understand the mechanic without long or complex tutorial. The game will just say "If you do X then Y." After that, the game will throw you a simple puzzle that revolve around that one mechanic. Some other time the game won't even tell anything; you just found yourself in a new area with some element you never see before. The area's goal is to make you familiar with a new gameplay mechanic without even telling you it's there. That is what other game needs to copy.

The game is rather short. I beat the story (not 100%) in under 1 hour (58 minutes to be exact). I was surprised when the credit rolls because I really really really want to play more. Yes, this game is that good. The story itself is really underdeveloped. It's like the developer just need an excuse for player to go to the end game. Yet, that somehow reminds me of most Old School games with lackluster story (The princess is in another castle GFF!F@%@R#&!!!!)

Overall, the game is really enjoyable, easy to learn, but challenging. I like it

Amazing piece of game! Forget about the amazing music and creative gameplay, the dialogue and story is so damn great!

And the gameplay itself is not to be taken lightly. There's a bug for some people where the music won't play at all. The game is so good that I didn't realize the music is not there!

Be warned though, the game is kinda sort, about 3-4 hours per playthrough. I do want to play again though since there are choices at several points that might be offering me different overall outcome.

Plus, if you fond of achievement, be aware that this game has tons of hidden achievement! Gonna replay the game for those too!

I traded this about 5 hours before it went on sale but boy, I didn't care and didn't regret it at all!

The best of it's genre! And simply one of the best story one can get from a video game. Case closed.

A great, amazing, and unique experience! The game is short and have no real gameplay, sure. But that's what make it unique.

Please be advised that this game is a really story heavy game with almost no gameplay. You've been warned, so no complaining.

If you're okay with that, welcome to one of the most incredible 2 hours you've ever spent on a game!!

Never before I saw an indie game has this amount of greatness on its presentation.
Beautiful art style, amazing soundtrack, and a really creative and great/cool narration!!
The gameplay is not bad either. Has a loot of weapon choices. Each weapon has its own gameplay, strategy, and plus and minus.
The story is not bad and rather unique. Haven't get a story with this amount of fantasy for some time.

Easily one of my best purchase on Summer Sale 2013!
Oh, get the Soundtrack Edition if you can! Really worth it!

Tired get killed by zombies? Play versus to become the zombie!
