Lots of fun. Combat is a blast. Story is great. Can't put it down.

Plenty of rage-bait youtubers are making boatloads of cash off of this game and would tell you that I'm pretending to enjoy it or something. You're right, everything is a conspiracy. Everyone is out to get you. You should be paranoid. Now stay inside and turn off the lights so the rest of us don't have to look at you.

Review changed back to positive after Sony removed the PSN requirement which should allow everyone who purchased this game in countries not eligible for PSN accounts to continue playing.

Other than that sticky issue, this game is amazing.

Alright. Have you ever wasted an obscene amount of time playing Harvest Moon? Then this game is for you. It's everything Harvest Moon could and should be. With cherries and whipped cream on top. There's a load of content, you don't even need to farm crops if you don't want to. You can spend your time fishing or gathering around the maps. You can go dungeon crawling and collect ores while fighting monsters. There are so many options and ways to go about it.

The best part? There's no pressure. You have seasons but no one is going to come along and take your farm if you didn't work hard enough. Take it easy, relax. Hit on one of the singles with gifts and make new friends in the village.

This game is a love letter to my years spent with Harvest Moon when I was younger and it does not disappoint.

Telltale is killing it.
Do you like adventure games? Have you played The Walking Dead by Telltale and enjoyed the experience? Perhaps you'd like something similar in a different genre?

Based on the Fables comic books, The Wolf Among Us is a story about fairy tale characters living a gritty life in New York City. The atmosphere has a noirish 1980s feel to it, complete with a Miami Vice style colour pallette which is incredibly pleasing to look at. The animations are fluid, the action scenes are intense and the voice acting is top notch.

You play as Bigby Wolf, the sheriff of these parts. That's Big B Wolf. Big Bad Wolf. You know, the one who tried to eat three little pigs and blew down two of their houses? The one that ate Little Red RIding Hood's grandmother and got cut up by the Woodsman? Everyone else knows it too. You have a reputation for violence and it seems to follow you around. Although you get pinned into certain situations the game makes you decide who you are. Are you still the Wolf from back home, terrorizing other fables? Or are you reformed, trying to do the right thing? I guess that depends on your emotional responses. And if there's one thing Telltale has mastered with it's recent Adventure Story games it's how to illicit an emotional response.

Now be advised. This isn't a GAME as much as it is an interactive story. A very good one, at that. It's a movie that you play a part in. You have a job to do, you have a goal that you must attain through dialogue choices, actions and decisions. And it's one hell of a ride.

If this sounds like your cup of tea then The Wolf Among Us is highly recommended. I am eagerly awaiting the second installment and I do believe I am going to start reading the comics. The premise alone is incredibly intriguing not to mention how the characters themselves are handled in a semi realistic and gritty setting.

I wasn't expecting a Tomb Raider reboot to be this damn good. First off the game is beautiful. The textures and especially the character models look incredible. Everything from the expression on their faces to their body language is impecible. The gameplay is smooth and easy to get the hang of, yet it doesn't get boring or overly repititive. You can't barge into a group of enemies and expect to win as Lara is not bulletproof. Stealth is handled really well, along with full on firefights. The combat presents challenge as you are intended to use cover, timing, and the destructible environment to your advantage. There are quite a few quicktime events throughout the story but they don't get annoying or drawn out, and the action involved in them is intense.

The story is fantastic. Immediately the game draws you in to the plot and the characters involved. The voice work is some of the best I've seen in a game. As for Lara herself, what a great take on the character. They've rebuilt her from the ground up and given her more personality then I've ever seen. She's vulnerable but determined. She has episodes of self doubt but soldiers on like a champ.

I wasn't expecting this kind of game. Not at all. I've played the first Tomb Raider games and let them fall by the wayside somewhere around the 4th. What a great entry into the next generation of Lara. Square Enix and Eidos have truly outdone themselves here.

If you like 3rd person action adventure and are considering this game, just go for it. You won't be let down. Can't wait for the next installment.

In my opinion this is better than any Mario Kart I've ever played.
