Stardew Valley is a very relaxing farming game. The casual player will find watering your crops or reeling in a caught fish a very satisfying experience. Nonetheless, the game has potential for serious planning in order to make money as efficiently as possible, so a completionist like myself will have a lot of fun playing this game, as well. There are a few exploits that benefit the player in subtle ways, but there are also game-breaking bugs that make playing the game very easy. The choice is, of course, solely the player's, whether or not they want to exploit these.
Stardew Valley has an expansive Wiki (https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Stardew_Valley_Wiki) that provides the player with any and every information they could possibly need. The game also has a modding community.
All in all a great game for relaxing or for serious farming.
