I have had this steam account since the early 2000's and i have never made a review up until now!

I can appreciate the time and effort that Big Ant have put in to produce this game. They really have done a decent job. But lets be real. The game is Unfinished and in a really bad state. I would have personally preferred if they released the game in 2024 and taken the time to polish this game off and release a nice clean WORKING game.

Imagine making a Pizza... Spending 2-3 hours making a really nice dough, waiting for the yeast to activate creating the perfect base. And after all that hard work, saying ♥♥♥♥ It, Serve it as is! Without putting all the toppings on and even cooking it.. That's kinda how i feel the release of this game came about.

Cons:

.- Commentary sounds like a primary school kid trying to read a speech in front of a class in a monotone voice. Does not Flow at all. Afl 99 had better commentary.

.- Game crashes at the end of every career game.

.- AI is horrendous even on hard Difficulties.

.- Switching between players and movement is terrible

.- Bugs galore.

There are so many more but i cant be bothered writing a thesis on everything that is wrong with this game.

I would have loved to give this game more of a chance with potential patch fixes. But with Steams 2 hour game play refund policy. It impossible to give this unfinished game a second chance.

Also for $99 i would expect a much more finished product. If the Price was lower, i maybe would have kept the game regardless of the issues in the hope they will be fixed eventually.

In Conclusion, i personally will be refunding this game. If the price ever comes down to around the $50 range i will probably give it another chance. There is definitely potential with this title. But the studio should be embarrassed releasing this game in its current state...
