This is a great game. if halo and portal ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is what you get. All of the guns are hitscan and 100% accurate. The maps have a great mix of closed corridors and open environments. As of august 4th 2021, most sound effects don't play, there are some framerate inconsistencies, and because of the playerbase being larger than expected it takes about 40 minutes to join the game.

i finally chose to finish the game today after a year and a half of first playing (i quit like 3/4 in). i have watched speedruns and reviews of the game so i already knew it inside out but i was still engaged like it was a blind playthrough. it is a great game. im gonna play episode one and two now and maybe alyx when im not broke.

update on episode one and two (finished both in one day cause im a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loser): one is short and doesn't give you as much as two does but if you have the money/buy the orange box like i did, its definitely worth giving it a try.

pro tip: don't do the rocket gnome achievement in episode two in your first playthrough. i did and it ruined the game for me. i also did the one where you squish the antlion larvae and that took probably an extra hour in total. didn't even get either one

other than the default steam port being atrocious this game is great and also quite fun to speedrun.

fun game to stomp on mobile players. got my first 20 bomb within two hours of playing. but i wish it didnt have this chinese computer virus feel.

good game to play casually and even better game to speedrun.

If you want your eyes to burn for an hour after playing, this is the game for you! I also can't shoot half the time I click left mouse in a multiplayer server. I could see this getting popular after those things are fixed and there are more maps though.
