Does anyone have any clue how does moniz practice. I'm familiar with his style (headshotting and such) and I want to improve it. If anyone knows how he does it on what gamemodes, maps etc. It would be appreciated

INGREDIENTES
-300 g lulas
-5 batatinhas cozidas com pele
-1 cebola média
-1 dente de alho
-1/2 malagueta fresca
-2 colheres (sopa) de azeite
-2 colheres (sopa) de polpa de tomate
-Pimentão-doce em pó q.b.
-Sal e pimenta q.b.
PREPARAÇÃO
1-Descasque e lave a cebola e o dente de alho e pique-os finamente.
2-Aqueça o azeite numa frigideira, junte a cebola e o alho e deixe refogar muito bem. Junte a malagueta, o pimentão-doce e a polpa de tomate e mexa.
3-Quando estiver bem cozinhado adicione um pouco de água e deixe ferver.
4-Limpe e lave as lulas, corte-as em pedaços grandes e junte ao refogado. Tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe cozinhar durante 10 a 12 minutos em lume médio.
5-Retire a pele às batatinhas, junte-as às lulas e envolva. Retire e sirva decorado a gosto.
