hey, why there is only mounted camera in build menu, I cant build any other types of camera, even though I researched. Went to dev mode, still cant

Hello, just wanted to ask if you could push the September 7th changes for RFOW to the Github repo for it. I've got a working 1.4 port ready to PR in, but I noticed that it was behind on the last "Reveal Map on game start" feature.

Need that fog mod for 1.4 real bad. I refuse to play without it.
