It's a joke.
The server is potatoer than ubisoft.
This kind of game really need dedicated server to shine. But the dev greedily chose the path of exile.

Early Access Review
Very polished roguelike game. It's a little bit like FTL boarding fighting. You really need to KNOW your team to survive.
