I've been watching your videos for a while, i love them, and I realized that in some of them don't have Italian Subtitles, if you would like I can translate and adapt for you, that would be a pleasure for me ;)

It might work for some time but the unlisted video most likely will be taken down eventually. Storing the video outside of YouTube is the safest option.

How about a unlisted video?, let's say you upload a 30 seconds video saying for the views to watch the actual video in the description?. Would that make it any safer?

It's pointless, you need to remove all the music to avoid Content ID.
