Good game. Unfortunately this version is pretty much unplayable. Even with the Gentlemen of the Row patch and setting it to borderless, it still crashes for me every 20 minutes. If you're patient enough I guess you could save every 15 minutes and deal with having to reload the game 5+ times each session. For me, I'm just going to cut my losses and play something else.
