After much deliberation, I finally decided to take the plunge on this game. While I have the first two games, I hadn't touched them yet (because backlogs), but I have experience with the tabletop version of D&D. Baldur's Gate 3 gives a really faithful adaptation (for lack of a better term) of playing D&D without having to deal with knowing all the rules and do all the math (and without a DM sitting there and possibly screwing you over because...well...humans).

I would definitely recommend this for anyone who's a fan of Dungeons & Dragons, as well as anyone who's a fan of RPGs in general.
