I've never been a big superhero movie kinda guy, but this game is a masterpiece. I've heard from several people this is their favorite Spider-Man story of all time, beating all the movies. The fighting mechanics are top notch, the movement mechanics are smooth and easy to learn but hard to master. I love how you can use skill points to upgrade your Spider-Man. I bought this game because I love games with a rich story line that can make you get attached to the game like a movie.. and boy it did not disappoint. Buy this game while it's on sale, it'll be a purchase you won't regret. If you're looking for an intense, attention grabbing story, amazing fights, beautiful scenery, smooth webbing. smooth movement, never-ending exploration and just an overall 10 of a game, then this is the right game for you. Like I said I don't even like superhero movies or comics like that, and I fell in love with this game in an hour.

Buy this game for an amazing experience

I remember playing the first two God Of War on PS2 when I was much younger, and man can I say I never thought the franchise would turn into something this amazing. It's fair to say the graphics, cinematics and (ESPECIALLY) the gameplay mechanics are nothing like the originals, but the game is very much the same type of game. I LOVE Games for their stories, and this game is one of the TOPS for story-rich games. If you're like me and also like story games, it can be hard to find a game you really want to get into on Steam. I can assure you this is it. There's so much to have fun with and just follow the story and accomplish a lot. I've never been a fan of games like this but God Of War has always held something close to my heart as when I had my 2nd console ever (ps2,) The God of War games were the ones I would always play, They were super gruesome and gory, now that games and graphics hav evolved, they can REALLY show the gore and make it just more detailed than old 2005 graphics. AND I LOVE that this game REALLY had to make you think. Most story games, like Red Dead 2 for example, guide you on what to do to follow the storyline. In God of War, they don't. There's no hints on what you have to do next to progress, and that's a very good reason on why I love this game. You have to think to progress instead of the game just telling you. There's a lot more but you definitely should figure it out on your own. Buy this while the games on sale!! ($50 to $30?? STEAL!!!)
