On a note for the bosses and switching your builds. Certain types of weapons work better against certain AC's/bosses. In game mechanics are based on your kinetic/energy/explosive resistance. This is true for both your AC as well as any enemies. However in terms of changing builds, you can do that to adjust your style to beat whatever you're fighting. With that said, I play a melee build, and beat my face against some of the bosses, learning their attacks and when you engage and disengage. It is doable, hell someone did it with bare fists.

The game is hard, but fair. As much as I got angry sometimes because of mechanics, after taking a moment to think about what happened, and how to counter it, I can tell you. It is hard. But it is also fair.

Everything I wanted from the sequal. Absolutely amazing guys, great work.

The game just launched not long ago on the writing of this review. The game is slightly buggy but that is to be expected with a small developer on a limited time frame. The dev's are working to actively fix the issues though. The more support the game gets, the better it will become. I thoroughly enjoy this game, as it is very close to the Pathfinder Tabletop game in terms of rules. For those who are having issues with difficulty, just scale it down. The game gives you a ton of options for enemy mechanics, so that you can tone down things such as enemy damage, enemy stats, if they crit and roughly how hard when they do. So on and so forth.

Over all I would highly recommend this game, if you are like me and you enjoying playing D&D/Pathfinder but don't have the time to dedicate to a tabletop game.
