It's alright. For the combat, please check the gamepad or keyboard layout. As playing on gamepad, the shooting controls are not similar to Spec Ops the Line's layout. So it's a bit janky with the shooting keys being in the rt shoulder button. Even jankier when you're hiding but still need to shoot.

Despite that, to all the complaints about it being a bad story, I think it works for it. Having a simple setting can allow the mechanics to breeze through. Characters and setting are simplistic so we can emulate in without having to go through drastic details.

Way more love into the visuals from what I've seen. A perfect game to play during Halloween as it feels closer to a zombie game with seeing innocent civilians going under a disease that leaves them in a zombie like state.

Also, interesting use of the song "That will be the day that I die". A interesting leit motif I haven't seen used in other media.

Good for a one time playthrough. I think the person who made this took the wrong lessons from Off. The paper style is a fun look but there could've been more to this this rpg. I've only unlocked one party member but he doesn't do much personality wise, he's just a utility.

I think what this game is going for is aesthetic, parody, and a time sink. So it's a labor of love but probably could've used criticism during the process before release.

A Typical Daedelic point and click. Stylized people with snarky dialogue. If you like Deponia, this will be up your speed... Just be aware that this is a sequel(spin off), so you should check out "The break out" first before playing this. This is someone who hasn't played the Break Out.

Lily is a cute character but there's a subtle madness to her innocence that works as a person jumping in blind.

Similar to Hollow Knight, it's a tough Metroidvania with exquisite lore. Please read a guide if you're lost.

Also to note, the first boss really sets the tone of this game. If you can't get past the first boss, please play a different game. Yet defeating the first boss will feel triumphant as well.

A turn based rpg about pirate cowboys fighting off against necromancers and kingdoms for swag and loot. Easy mode is still difficult depending on the characters in your party. Though a fun time to be had.

Decent dungeon crawler. Simple story. Mike Mignola aesthetics. Pretty much in line with Darkest Dungeon but in the shooter genre.

The game is packed. Tons of dialogue and mechanics to explore. Re-playable due to its rng nature.

Tip: Give Nectar to Dusa so you can get a decent item to give you health recovery items. That's what helped me.

A underrated classic! A spiritual sequel to count Lucanor. Highly recommend Count Lucanor before you play this. The story is a bit more expanded and explored than Lucanor's simple story. It's way longer than Lucanor but please spread the word on this classic.

It's alright. Wait until you get it on sale. Not really replayable unless speedruns and getting achievements.
I recommend the visuals. Though hard on puzzles unless you do things in the right order.

Really addictive game about selling and battling for items. Only problem I had was the game not giving you a tutorial on the keyboard keys for how to move. I had to use another website to make me find out that the game uses a "zxc" mechanic instead of a "qwes" schematic.
Otherwise this is a game that inspires me to make a future game like this. I can see why it's a classic now.
