Shooting and movement feel great and the baseline mechanics are up to quality with their own subtleties and depth. The dark atmosphere is thick, gunfights are tense, monster fights are scary, and the vibe is just super strong in general. The development team is one of the most honest, straightforward, driven, transparent, faithful (to the SCP brand that is, which you DON'T need to know at all to enjoy this game btw!), and dedicated that I've ever seen in my so far 9 year career in game development. All they need is more time, and this can be a win that offers a truly unique hardcore FPS experience.
