Pros:

• Beautiful graphics with pretty lightning
  
• Amazing sound design
  
• Tons of events
  
• Interesting ways to die
  
• Jumpscares
  
• Character customization (chick got a fat ass++)

Cons:

• After you play a bit the events and jumpscares get repetitive and you get used to them
  
• Hunts can be confusing and don't seem very polished, even if you try to hide most of the times you will end up dying, can be hard to tell if the hunt ended
  
• Seems like most of the developing went into the graphics not the gameplay itself since the game is very repetitive especially before you unlock more maps and equipment
  
• It takes long time to unlock more stuff in the game, during that time you basically just get bored since the game is same thing over and over again with different jumpscares in between
  
• Sometimes you get evidence right away and then spend 30minutes trying to get the last one, which can be impossible to get especially early game when the ghost just chain hunts and you cant access the ghost room for evidence
  
• Equipment is too expensive, you need to spend alot of money to unlock new maps unless you dont mind playing on the same map over and over again

Overall the game is very pretty, have amazing sound design and ambiance and lightning.
Myself I am a huge Phasmophobia fan and coming from that game it seems like this game is lacking, most of the development seems went into design and sounds, and it feels like the game got released too early with too little to do even tho its just early access.
You get character design even tho male got barely any hairstyles compared to woman character( and you need to wear your underwear with the swimsuit..)

Game can keep you in check if you don't get used to jumpscares and events, because after a while they are very repetitive and some are scheduled to happen at the same place, like the armchair in Abandoned House hallway, after 3 games you just expect it to happen and it's not scary anymore. But if you get easily scared this game will keep you on your feet.

I would say game looks amazing and sounds amazing but so far it is the only thing that it have going for it until small adjustments will be made as well as more content will be released and some bugs fixed.
