Do I have gripes and things I miss from Splitgate 1, absolutely. There is no where near enough portal-able surfaces and somehow every gun seems too strong, its really a shoot first and win kinda game. The game desperately needs auto-fill, playing against bots has been a nearly every game occurrence and its not for lack of active players.

HOWEVER

I am having a stupid amount of fun, every single game has been a blast, the movement is fluid its like controlling water, the portals are just as fun as Splitgate 1, the weapons, even if overpowered, feel and look great. I am writing this review in open Beta, and as of open beta it is far from a refined or perfect product, but it is spectacularly fun.

I greatly look forward to the future of this game especially with the current Devs and their care for their players.

The most fun I have had in a competitive team based game since 2016. If you somehow ain't playing this yet, start.

It's a great game, but it's essentially the same game it was a year ago, now with a rapidly diminishing player base. You can't run a live-service early access game without delivering on the 'live service' aspect. I truly don't believe this is a 'pump and dump' situation; I imagine the developers genuinely put care into creating this game. However, for some reason, it seems to have been abandoned. If updates are released, I’d recommend buying and playing it. But as it stands now, I cannot recommend purchasing the game in its current state

After creating my little capitalist, I first enrolled in Business school. As he (or I) entered this loud but unpopulated classroom, I knew that only fruitful economic information could be gained from this endeavor. Through careful notation of the instructor's slides and presentation of the basics of retail management, employee scheduling, and marketing, I knew I was ready to undertake my first store. As I would once always dreamed, on this sunny afternoon, my Women's high heel, high-end computer, and Wine shop would be opened. Through a ruthless marketing campaign and an unceasing dedication to delivering only the finest of goods, BevFöTek would corner the market on Women's shoes, computers, computer accessories, and Wine.

Wonderfully fun early access game! A great introduction to management games with a low barrier to entry but a subtle skill curve. At its current state, the game is a bit easy; however, self-imposed difficulty can be created by choosing less valuable categories. With a Campaign mode and a near-endless individual shop mode, this game has hours of content that is only truly limited by your imagination. I am very excited to see where this game will go in the future.

This game is simple, pure, unadulterated fun, it is that feeling you get as a child playing mini golf with your friends after looking forward to it during a long week of school. Golf with Friends is simply that, golf with friends, don't have any friends you will make some the community is great! I could not recommend this game more!

This game made me throw my controller across the room for the first time since I was 9.
