That's the main things i noticed and we can go over how to improve during the demo review :P

4)You're timing with team pushes are off if you play passive and wait for them to go in and if you go in immediatly with them you die for no reason
5)You get very greedy for kills and tend to tunnel a little. One thing that shocked me in particular was your team forcing the enemy uber in choke. You put good damage on a soldier before the uber came out but insisted on fighting for the kill in the face of an uber. Granted that you survived, you shouldn't have been in after your team pulled out. Also you didn't kill him in the end.
6)You play away from your scout partner a little too much Could do with more cohesion.
7)From what a saw, a lot of deaths were silly. It was a 6v6 and you were pushing into the enemy's last. Your roamer suicided in and then eq was headshot. You lost two players and should back out though for some reason you decided to run straight into their heavy + combo and suicide for no reason.

Alright well i took a brief look at the first quarter of the demo and there's quite a few big things that strike me as a problem. Sorry this if comes off harsher than i intend :P
1) I watched two midfights and essentially you did nothing. You played too passive on the midfights and essnetially let your team fight out the midfight while you watched alongside the medic.
2)It feels like you don't know the map very well and this is probably due to inexperience. We can go over maps if you'd like sometime. Your rollout is slow and I'm not quite sure why you run up through river and drop down into bigdoor/flank to enter mid. If you do do that, dont take fall damage.
3)You seem to hit your shots to a degree but your DM doesn't appear to be really shining as you lost a few 1v1 that really should have been yours. In 1v1s you sometimes(im saying sometimes cause im not sure if what I saw was representative of the whole) you dont take control of the fight, rather you let a scout bully/rush you.
