Hello, good morning, I'm Joao Francisco Klein and I'm playing CS, yesterday I was banned from the competition for 7 days because my mother hung up the controller and I use a notebook so I need the wifi and the match was almost over. I did not have to reconnect to it and I went banned for 7 days has someone like to solve this? if preferably today because I like cs go, but if this happens again I will ask for a refund because it is already the third time I take ban of 7 days
