I mean, it's like Legos but better

This might seem laughable now, but this might be the next Slay the Spire. An excellent rougelike with insane difficulty, a steep learning curve, and a high skill ceiling, this game is sure to please even the biggest 5head and 300IQ players.

PROS:
-Simple yet functional animations. Nothing fancy, but each component of battle is simple and easy to read.
-A Dev who loves the game and made it by himself. Constant tweaks, bug fixes, and is very active in the community. This game isn't dying anytime soon.
-A variety of builds to choose from, with very strong synergies that can define the run from act 1
-RNG that loves to shine upon you or curse you with keeping that item away from reach. It's fair a fair amount of times.
-Each path favors and decimates different builds. Just a word of advice.

CONS:
-You don't own the game.

TLDR: Next Slay the Spire. A game that will suck hours away, only to reward you for understanding and playing the game. Burst or DPS, there are many ways to win, and many ways to lose.

Do you like slicing people to pieces? Do you like poking people with sharp sticks? Do you like bows that go brrrrrrrrr? Why haven't you bought the game yet?

Played RoR for a little bit. Heard that RoR2 was coming out and was a little excited. RoR2 cam out and it blew my expectations out of the water. Wanna burn an hour, maybe 2, maybe 8? Play this game, get engineer, and watch turrets go brrrr. Items are insanely symbiotic with a variety of play styles, beating Monsoon for the first time makes your jimmies rustled in sll the right ways, and the artifacts/collectables/unlocks make you burn waaaay more time than you thought possible. I'd spend $30 on the game.

If you want seemless multiplayer, hop in the RoR2 discord and you won't have issues with toxic people. It's a welcoming and excellent community that will be very happy to ease the learning curve.

Love this game. Perfect Crime game for you and your friends, or just going solo. The base game is pretty fun, however, the DLC adds so much content. Wait for the DLC to go on sale for $1-$2 a piece and you will be set. Great community and game in general.
