So I went into this game with no knowledge of Pathfinder at all and I will say that if you're not willing to do a lot of research and learn things about it then don't bother trying to play it.

The game itself doesn't really explain much at all and it doesn't elaborate on the things it tries to explain.

The amount of classes is crazy and you can really make any type of PC that you want which is definitely one of my favourite things about this game. I also really liked how long the game is, I've just finished my first playthrough and it took me 150 hours.

The story is good but not fantastic, it kept me interested enough to want to see it through to the end and the companion characters are all good and have good stories around them.

The kingdom management is awful and easily the worst part about the game. The game doesn't explain it well enough at all and if you fail it then it's game over. I got stuck in a death spiral I couldn't reverse near the end of the game so my two choices were to load an older save from about 20 hours before and try harder to prevent it or turn on the invincible kingdom option which is the one I went for and I'm glad I did because as I got even closer to the end of the game it threw more stupid things at me that I would have probably failed anyway.

So all in all it's a good game but takes a lot of effort to stick with it as some of it is very rough around the edges.
I'm starting Wrath of the righteous now and already in the first few hours I can see they have fixed a lot of the problems that Kingmaker suffers so I'm excited to see more of it!

Awesome game with a fantastic atmosphere. Playing in the dark with headphones is the best way to play. Trying to sneak your team of marines around not getting spotted by Xenos can get pretty tense. There is a really good roster of different Xenomorph types that attack in different ways and you need to use different tactics against each of them.

The story is a bit meh but lets face it no one really likes the Alien franchise for its story.
It's very satisfying setting up a kill room with sentry guns and lines of suppressing fire while hoards of Xenos charge into the gunfire.

I hate doom clocks in games and one kicks in about halfway through the game but I found it very forgiving and ended up finishing the game with about 6 days left, from reading the patch notes in the latest patch it looks like the devs have given the option to remove it altogether if you want which I think is a very good decision.

There isn't much replayability once you have finished it but fingers crossed they release some DLC or a second game because I really enjoyed playing and would love a reason to revisit at some point.

Now that the game finally works a year after release it's amazing. Shouldn't of taken that long to become playable but hopefully Creative will learn from this!

This is probably my second favorite Total War game after Shogun 2. The middle age setting is amazing and the graphics hold up pretty well for how old it is now. Nothing beats slaughtering thousands of enemies using English Longbowmen or Venetian Heavy infantry, the battles are just so large and require knowledge of tactics. One thing that anoys me is the enemy campaign AI and the diplomacy, the AI doesn't raise balanced armies and is usually just lots of the same unit type. The differences that set apart all of the factions really make a difference when playing, for exapmle using the English you want to be building armies that are focused on using Longbowmen but other factions don't have that option. I have had hundreds of hours fun on this game over the years and i'm sure I will be playing it for many more years!

This game is a lesson on how to make an awesome sequal to an already elxcellent original. Just the same as the original Torchlight but better in every way. None of the classes are the same at all and you can make any type of character you could dream of out of them, oh and you can also customize the look of your character now which is a big plus. The fact that they made this one an open world rather than just lots of floors of the same dungeon is excellent because it gives you more reason to explore, there are a bigger variety of environments and many more quests to encounter. Obviously one of the biggest new features is the Co - Op which works fantastically, it's easy to find and connect to games and it is just good fun to play with friends.

This is a really enjoyable hack & slash RPG.
In my opinion this is better than Diablo 3 because you get more control over how your character progresses, there are plenty of abilities for you to choose from and you can upgrade them how you see fit. You can see the Diablo influences everywhere in this game but it is a lot more like Diablo 2 rather than the latest one.
This game does have some excellent and really atmospheric areas, also the graphical design really benefits form being cel - shaded. I have sunk many hours into this game in a short period of time and it just keeps me coming back every time, very addictive.......

The most amazing strategy game you could ever play......
Every detail of this game is perfectly balanced and when you get good enough to play it on the hardest difficulties it makes you feel like a tactical genius.
I'm a massive fan of all the Total War's but this is my favourite and I really love the feudal Japan setting.
Let's face it everyone loves Samurai and Ninja ;)
