You play left 4 dead without discreetness.It make you injured many time and use a lot of medkit but not for me. I play safe and try not to get hurt too much make me use a few medkit.In Swam Fever map , last chapter you was knockdown by Tank and You surrounded by zombie but me have enough HP to escape to boat
