A very enjoyable pack overall, although not without its flaws.
I'm in love with the new world, the style of architecture and interior design. I think it's my favourite DLC in that aspect. Some of the pieces, however, aren't very compatible with the previous content - f. e. the kitchen cabinets come in different widths then previous ones (instead of 40, 60 or 80cm wide they are 25, 50, 75 or 100cm). Therefore, it's hard to use them both in one room.
The 11 new jobs are fun, but I was unable to complete some of them (f. e. one of them has you remove the entrance to a certain part of the basement, but still requires you to change the ceiling in it - I did the ceiling last and couldn't get 100% of it). With another one, no matter how hard I tried, I was missing two wall panel segments - there just wasn't enough walls to meet the requirements. However, the game has just been released and I hope these issues will get fixed quickly.
The pets are cute, but I'm not sure if I will actually keep them when the excitement of novelty fades. They need your attention every couple minutes, they often glitch and won't move, it takes them long to fulfil their needs - they take forever to go to sleep when they're tired.
Also, as mentioned in some other reviews, the sizes of some animal equipment are ridiculous. The only cat bed available is massive. The enclosures for critters are giant, and whilst most animals do actually need a lot of space, a hamster cage the size of a bed is an overkill.
Overall, would buy again, but mostly for the classic "house-flipping" content rather than pets.
