This game is quite good. It's about on par with the quality of the older Castlevania games the creator and his team are famous for.

I greatly enjoyed this game and its story. I have yet to dislike a story from Harebrained Schemes.

I was not expecting as much storytelling in this game as there was. It's extremely well done with some high minded concepts and some east asian lore and mythology woven in. The combat is as good as it was in previous games, but I like decking a lot more now. Once you get the hang of the simon game with numbers (say the words out loud to help you as they appear), you can get through it without too much hassle. I didn't find it as difficult as the other games playing it on normal, but at this point I've got some experience in it. My only complaint is the load times are not much improved, and it can take over 30 seconds to load some maps. Later levels can have slowdown in cyberspace which can cause some frustration and your entire decking session getting ruined and requiring a re-load of a save.
They had the engine already in place, so they spent a lot of their time on the story and graphics, and it shows. Everything is beautiful, and the levels are hand crafted. You can tell multiple hours went into designing each level if not each map. The music and sounds are great as a mixture of cyberpunk styles and some traditional Asian instruments and sounds. I'd probably listen to some of the songs on repeat.
I really liked the characters as well. Each of them have a unique demeanor and personality. They all handle problems differently, and it probably will be fun to run the game again selecting other characters.
I received this game for free fromt a friend during a sale, but I exchanged a similarly costed gift in return. Even still, I think this game is worth retail price without a sale. Well done Harebrained Schemes! I look forward to your next game. Now it's time for me to see what campaigns the community's come up with!

I really enjoy Total War Attila. It's a fine upgrade from RTW2, and it's much less buggy than it was at launch. The colors are a bit washed out. It's very realistic, but it can be hard to command units on the battlefield when armies look similar. The AI is pretty good, and it's overall fun to play. I can clock a lot of hours into it similar to Civilization, and it's hard for me to find many flaws with the game as it's functional and enjoyable for me at all points.

I have a fair amount of affection for the entire Homeworld Franchise, and this game is close enough in feel to the space games that I get the same nostalgic feelings while looking at a different landscape that is fresh and interesting. The game is well designed and reasonably balanced and intuitive.
I sometimes get chill bumps at the climax of the game even though you can see it coming if you played the first two games.

I'm a big fan of the Danganronpa franchise, and I like this game a lot. Miu's character is just a little bit too causic and foul mouthed for my liking, but everything else went swimmingly up until the end. I don't want to spoil it, but the ending left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like it was going a little overboard with the social/viewer criticism. Overall, it's still a great game. I think the original price point is a little high though just because of the ending.

The game is quite pretty (minus the CG cutscenes). It flows fairly well but with a few complaints.
The servers have been down near launch. That should be fixed soon for the long term though.
It's sometimes hard to stop the timer when you want. You have to wait for specific moments to stop the timer when you have priority and when there's not a card zoomed in, but the timer still ticks down potentially losing you games.
Lastly, some of the cards vary wildly in power level. It will be hard for casual players to compete with the higher level players after a month or so.
Otherwise I like the game a lot, and I do recommend it. After all, it's free.

Sadly this game is just not my cup of tea. Graphics are very old, it takes too long to do anything interesting, and the ui is confusing and slow to the point of near uselessness. It looks about as good as Dark Reign 2 and slighty better than Stronghold 1
