You get what you pay for. Since this game is now free, you get ♥♥♥♥. Non-prime is a hackers paradise. Spinbotters, wallhackers, etc you name it. Prime is not much better, obvious hackers you don't see, but there are wallers in almost every server in Prime. Before to get Prime, you needed to verify your account with account authenticator which required a phone#, but that is now gone, i've de-ranked over the past few weeks as i am forced to play against wallers that prefire and people that use aimbots to they can run and gun at range with deagles and AK's. This game and the community contributes so much to Valve, but it seems they only care for the hackers since it is they that have brought in the most money via repurchasing of new accounts and skins.

Valve, you failed, MASSIVELY. This is on the order of when the R8 first came out.
