I buy the game on release, and it's fundamentally incomplete. I return after a couple of months and Firaxis has broken the UI such that the game is now unplayable. Don't bother.

Desyncing, broken challenge tracking, matchmaking errors. This is the definition of a poorly-maintained game, atop the horrendous monetization.
