This game USED to be fun. Then I got good. Playing survivor feels like a braindead chore where you just hold W until you reach the next loop, and playing killer feels like pallet breaking simulator 3000. There are "techs" which are just bugs BHVR decided weren't important enough to fix. There's so much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to this game, and the way they're deciding to balance it makes me not want to play it. This game is better as a party game you play with friends, not as an actual game you'll want to sink thousands of hours into. ♥♥♥♥'s annoying and if you wanna get into dbd, do it with a friend cuz you're gonna hate yourself if you try and figure this game out by yourself.

Edit: I've played this game more, and while my original criticism still stands, I think it's important to say that the game is fun, it's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I will continue to play because I'm caught in the trap of being good at the game.

This review focuses specifically on the multiplayer since that's all I play. Zombies mode sucks ass.

When a new cod game releases they generally are okay, fun gameplay, balanced guns, and a good selection of free cosmetics, and good customizability for your guns. Then after a few months, they start adding stuff, which is fine since that's how you keep a game alive and thriving, by adding new stuff. But all of the recent call of duty's suffer from one big problem when they add ♥♥♥♥ to it, they unbalance the guns and make meta's meaning that if you don't unlock the right gun at the right time then you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ out of luck. With cold war the these metas were the marshall and the tec-9, which were so unbalanced and overpowered that you couldn't get into a single lobby where at least 3/4 of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lobby was using them. For vanguard I didn't stick around long enough to try to find these metas. That game sucks ass. and I didn't bother playing mw2. For this game though the metas are the lockwood, which are probably the most broken meta i've seen in ANY game. These guys are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ powerful that anyone who has them unlocked DOESN'T USE ANYTHING ELSE. They're basically a dual wield shotgun with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy ass range. This wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying to unlock. And they're FOR SOME REASON, considered a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TACITCAL RIFLE! This wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbalanced. or if they had ANY counter.

Basically COD keeps ruining their muliplayer with heavily unbalanced metas, the zombies mode they put into this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks ass and takes everything fun about zombies and ruins it, and I probably won't be buying another COD ever again because these problems are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ consistent. Also the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ greed on these guys is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane $60 bucks for this ♥♥♥♥ ass game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy.

This game is unironically ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing. I love it. 11/10 would consider walking again.

I moved from cancun to a small ice cream shop in vancouver, only to have my hopes and dreams (and legs) squashed by my own delivery driver.... after I recovered I wasn't quite the same... Opened a taco shop up in sweden.... those swedes... brutal when they're only served cocaine as opposed to nachos.... My wife left me soon after that... took the kids with her...... then I saw a shimmering light... a glint of hope in the darkness... Johnquavius... my beloved... he was so beautiful... my gay lover. We made out passionately in the restaurant.. in front of all the ♥♥♥♥♥ up customers. It was beautiful.
