Just purchased the pass on Steam to play the new Civ pack on my Mac and it doesn't work at all. The DLC doesn't show up in the launcher nor the game. We were told the release date was 5/21 for Mac and PC. If this wasn't the case for Mac users we should be receiving at least a partial refund. If it wasn't going to be available for Mac on the same day, you should have either pushed the release date back or made this clear in the multiple announcements that were made. Now you have thousands of angry Mac users whose hard earned money you've just stolen, and whose rightful criticisms on Steam, Twitter, etc you seem to be ignoring entirely. This is shameful and a new low for an already declining series. Bravo.
