Chirac (ex French president, and well-known for his harsch frankness), was in a diplomatic visit in London, in a carriage with the Queen. At some point, one of the horse farts, and the Quenn apologize to him. To which, Chirac responds "Don't worry, I thought it was the horse". No, that's not a joke...
