It's a GREAT game. I've known about this game since it was in development, I remember watching YouTubers playing this, and me begging my parents to get it because it looked so cool. But they wouldn't because they wouldn't allow me to play horror games so I looked up on the Play Store for a version of the game, and all I got was a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of this masterpiece. Imagine the Mona Lisa drawn by a toddler, that was what it was like to play on that bad version of The Forest. I was surprised to learn that this game was made with the Unity Engine. I remember watching people make games with this engine and you could always tell when a game was made with it. You just need to look at games like Who's Your Daddy or Crab Game to get my point. It's probably because they were made in a hurry and with the free version of the engine. This game how ever, it's really well made, the graphics are really great, the physics and sound are also really great. I have pretty low standards when it comes to those things but I think that for this price, The Forest is a game with pretty nice graphics. However, we can't have everything in life, so even this game has some drawback, at least for me... For starts, it can be really laggy. I don't know if it's my potato PC or some virus on it, but I have a GTX 1060 and three screens. And for a while, games that I play on this PC are really just turning bad with how laggy they get. I've tried to play with and without the three screens, it's stil laggy (maybe just a bit less, but still laggy some times). It's not like it's unplayable, but maybe every minute or so the game lags in some way or another. If you have a good PC and no viruses this should worry you.

I like how this game can at the same time be a sandbox game and a survival game. I haven't even finished the game, I focus more on building houses/cabins around the map. In October 2022 they will release the sequel to this game. Hopefully it will be as good as this one!
