Well, it's Uno, and just as slow as in real life. It's fine for playing UNO, and if you find it on sale it's OK.
Just beaware of the cons, they might be a dealbreaker for you..

Here's the cons, that I've found:
- Maximum 1920x1080 resolution (there's Window mode though)
- All text seems pixelated/blurry (the cards are fine and other graphics)
- You need an UPlay Account, cannot even be launched without UPlay is running on your pc.
- You can buy DLC's ("Rewards") with UPlay Club coins, whatever that is.
- Launches with chinese language everytime I start it from Steam. If I have an internet connection, it switches back to English after some time.

It's expensive for what it is, considering that you're forced to use UPlay and that there's DLC's available for such a simple game.
UNO cards in real life cards costs 4.99USD with all gametypes unlocked from start, and this is a digital copy that costs nothing to produce another copy of.

Must have if you have multiple monitors. (Works fine on Windows 8 Pro) - Doesn't need Steam to be running or something weird like that.
