1. If you add me you i will consider you as the buyer, ill NEVER NEVER offer to you and most likely you will overpay me. (Unless i asked you in your own trade post to add me of course but if you said "add me" in my trades and i do add you, this rule will still be aplied)

3. You insult me or you dont know prices, im out its a remove and/or Block. I will NEVER insult you, maybe talk a bit harder but NEVER insult.

6. I never accept money offers, only steam market ones and you pay the fees if you are buying to me.
7. After a trade if you wish for +rep swap you will give me first. (Even if we didnt closed the trade, i have a chance of giving you +rep if you are polite and friendly without asking any rep in return)

Prices need to go over and under the spreadsheet value. That is how we take supply and demand into account. As mentioned previously. Items are only worth what both parties are willing to accept on. If items are only being sold at a price of a sheet that means all prices will remain the same. We all realize that the sheets go up. And that is why we should go more by supply and demand and take the sheet as 25% or less of our final decision. Remember people who don't follow the sheet aren't shakers they are actually the people who make the prices real (Testers and realist).
