If you wanna have some late 90s goodness, then get that WInamp running, get the Aphex Twins, log on to the Deathmatch servers and have yourself a chaotic, yet great time. Other than that, Half-Life itself has revolutionized what FPS games needed, a story before the action, and this game pretty much sets a pretty good example for the story, as a scientist in New Mexico with an experiment that goes horribly wrong. Other than that, this game's pretty fun to play. With some 90s cheesy dialogue that can give you a chuckle (Barney owing you a beer), or whether it be the noises of the Scientist that you hear in those Half-Life edits on YouTube, this game itself pretty much got Valve going with what they wanted to do.

Overall, this game's really good, a 9/10 for me. While the game itself can show some stuff that aged somewhat poorly (not as poorly but somewhat a noticeable glitch), you'll expect to have some really good **** going on with this game, especially with it's Multiplayer. Overall, it's a really fun game, and let's hope that the love for this game never dies.
