Simply put, it's the Worms you know and love. You control worms using over the top weapons to kill other worms. For example, grenades have a timer and can be bounced to its target, Bazooka can't. There are some nice single player missions that go from easy to throwing-things-at-the-wall-AI cheating and never misses hard. The true value of this game is playing with other people. It's kind of like a board game that way, the board chatter, banter, and trash talk make the game infinitely more enjoyable. Also like a board game, if you have people to play with and you like the concept, buy it for yourself and get friends to do the same. Solo play? Maybe if you get it very cheap.
