When you are sending invitation the rules are simple:

If your profile is private = BLOCK.
If your equipment is private = BLOCK.
If you don't have CS:GO = BLOCK.
If you are a lowballer = BLOCK.

If you are a lowballer = -REP
If you are a good trader= +REP
