Base game by itself is mid, tours and tournaments is 100% a necessary dlc
The best total overhaul mods are A Game of Thrones and Prince of Darkness (10/10)

I actively ignore all royal court situations because they're annoying, the artifact system is almost cool but is a nightmare to use in total conversions because there's no way to look up artifacts in the game, the "expansion" is horrendously overpriced and also light on content at the same time somehow. The culture bit of the description was in the FREE update and is pretty good, but skip this expansion

Elder Scrolls Online in it's current state is the best MMO on the market. If you've ever liked an MMO you will enjoy ESO. If you're new or planning on getting this game message me and I'll send you leveling gear.
