If I understand you correctly: you want to play Chernarus Apocalypse, is it right?

If yes then you need to download:
- CBA_A3
- CUP Terrains - Core
- CUP Terrains - CWA
- CUP Terrains - Maps
- CUP Units
- CUP Vehicles
- CUP Weapons

After that just enable all mods in launcher and start the game
