For context, I'll preface this review with I have clinical experience in mental health in the ageing population. If you are a person who is influenced by the negativity around you, don't purchase this game.

I'll be honest, at first I liked this game and appreciated that everyone in this world could do with a word of kindness.
My initial expectation was that players would vent about their day and other players would have the opportunity to respond in a non judgemental, supportive way. Particularly providing support to those who may benefit from some kindness from a stranger.
Most people going through difficulties don't want advice, suggestions or judgement. Have you ever been frustrated or upset with something/someone? A truly supportive source has no trouble comprehending empathy and acknowledgement goes a long way. A kind word. "I completely understand why you would feel that way. Yeah, that's extremely frustrating. I hear you and you're not alone in that thought." That's where it ends. This game can only, and SHOULD only, encourage players to write a kind word.

People responding to strangers with potentially declining mental health is unethical and dangerous. I stopped myself from writing many times, firstly because a stranger can't possibly begin to understand a request with less than 7 lines. Secondly, because fortune cookie advice only goes so far. Too many times I have come across requests that are not really requests but cries of help that are eye opening and indicate severe depression. There is no context to the individual. There is no understanding of their social, cultural or economic situation. There's no guarantee your kind word will mean anything to someone in their given context. Players may exacerbate underlying conditions unknowingly.
What is even more disturbing is the fact that players who may have diagnosed/undiagnosed mental health conditions may attempt to reply to other player requests as a way to connect with someone. They may not be in the right state of mind to be viewing them. The "view requests" should be heavily cautioned.

This game could have been a great place to vent non invasive topics with reiteration to only discuss topics of same. The developers of this game should be continuously screening requests. I don't believe that is happening as I've seen everything from graphic/obscene descriptions to inappropriate and disturbing. I can't with good conscience continue to be involved with this game.

I bought this game for 0.99c, finished it in less than 30 minutes with all achievements, put 5 Steam dollars on my Steam account and bought the remaining Zup! Steam cards to finish crafting the level 1 badge. Guess you could say, I'm the loser in the equation here.

10/10, would be a loser again.
