Feels like a looser, faster Outriders but with ridiculous looking characters (both titillating and ridiculous). The gun play and actual combat is extremely loose, but very quick. Encounters are fairly straight forward until you get into the later stages of normal play in the game (around 15 hours in, I'd say).

Visually and performance wise it's a mixed bag. The main characters have a lot of detail put into them, especially player characters. You can hem and haw over how ridiculously sexualized the female character designs are (especially when compared to the male player character designs, which are fairly generic in comparison), but the game looks fairly good. Does the extreme "waifu" energy bother me? Somewhat. Is it tolerable? Personally... most of the time. I find Bunny to be the most egregious and I haven't used her in 10 hours because I can't really stand to see her hangin' out all there.

Performance can be mixed on auto settings. Even with frame generation, sometimes my FPS would dip below 60 FPS, then skyrocket to over 160 FPS. Why? Haven't the foggiest. For me, combat performance hovers around 80 FPS, which I think is okay.

Combat and traversal is serviceable. Shooting is plain and lacks impact, which honestly makes it feel almost identical to Outrider's gun feel. Skills are... odd in feedback. You see your damage or effects, but... it feels detached. Maybe it's because I press my skill's button, it flies out, does a little SFX, and then... some damage? In comparison to games like Warframe (which this game is aping hard), the character skills feel weightless.

The game is free. That's a big thing going for it. The story is so slight it's almost impossible to mention.

But... the game is free. Do I recommend it? Yeah, if you like a very grindy, acceptable game. I feel like this game is the very definition of a 6 or 7 out of 10 game. Serviceable, can kill a lot of time, and can be very mindless. I play it while listening to podcasts or pin a YouTube video with Steam's overlay.
