This game takes the elements of games like xcom and Heroes of Might and Magic and creates a really good experience with these games' elements. The game-play feels pretty smooth once you've got the basics down, exploring the immense possibilities and play-styles with which you can win against your enemies is fun and seems to make the fights unique, enough that even though I fight the same skeletons, I don't always fight them the same way. The music is enjoyable and doesn't disturb the game play, and so far I have not encountered any bugs.
The plot is simple, even too simple, but the quirky & witty dialogues, with the touch of puns and different references really makes up for it for me and makes it enjoyable to keep on reading instead of skipping the text. As someone who likes D&D the mechanics and some game elements (different texts, dialogues and interactions) really reminded me my previous D&D sessions, and that's always a big YES. Sometimes I feel I'm not as rewarded as I should feel.

Overall, the game is enjoyable in all of it's aspects, would love to continue playing it and see the story develop, new monsters to appear, and more funny interactions to happen. I'd love if there'd be maybe more risk-reward element to the game, but it really does well with the interaction with the environments, other mechanics and the dialogue.
