The most toxic community and broken matchmaking system 👎

they abandoned Savage 2 and did it again to this game.

Matchmaking was pretty bad, now it's even worse with "cross-play". The console gamers are literally a different breed of toxic and brainless players you will encounter. The killers playing on console will definitely Mori the whole team if they have the offering and will tunnel the ♥♥♥♥ out of you with no remorse. The players will just DC after first hook and overall act very childish, which is typical of your teenage Xbox gaymer.

I recommend turning cross play off, but the PC players are starting to fade away, so finding a game will take you a while.

UPDATE JULY 2021:

- The game is pretty much dead if we count out the mobile and console players. Queue times are between 1 to 10 minutes in NA with all platforms on, I'm pretty sure you are gonna be waiting for 15-30 minutes for PC only games.

- So many new killers are pushed out that the game is continuously in a chaotic state of inbalance

- Console gamers are new to the game, but due to low # of players I get games with them, which sucks because they literally throw games.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2024:
Game is absolutely dead. Waited 15 minutes in NA queue with no matches. Uninstalled

I expected a lot more. The graphics are mediocre at highest settings and although the main story is interesting, the missions get quite repetitive and boring.
